Griffin came from the Nevada County animal shelter. We adopted her because she was the ugliest cat there and she was on "death row". She has 8 toes on the front feet, six on the back, and has had 3/4 of her tail ground off at some point (yes ground). She is so tolerant of the dogs it is amazing. Until Brook came along for Biko to chew on, Griffin was the chew toy. I wish that I could have gotten a picture of her all covered in Malinois slobber, not very benefiting for a regal animal. She has blossomed with care, turning into a lovely cat (and gaining 10 lbs., lol). I think that she knew her life was going to end soon at the pound and is grateful to be alive!
